After we recieve that we will reach out within 48 hours to set up a 30 minute consultation call to connect 1:1

Deposit & booking: seTting roots
You will receive a personalized proposal & mood board based on your dream vision and desired budget.
We can make any adjustments needed before you sign & we officially book your date! 30% retainer is due.

PLANNING + designing: nurturing our flower
We like to begin the full design process a minimum 6 months out from your date.
This can include:
Site Visit, In Person Meetings, Meeting with Coordinator, and even a Floral Mock Up!

Final Meeting:
Budding Bloom
30 Days Out!
We will schedule ONE last meeting ONE month before your wedding date to confirm all final details.
Final payment is due.

What happens to all the flowers after our wedding?
Where do you get all your flowers?
We first always source from some of our favorite local farms in the
Spring - Summer months.
From there we source from our amazing wholesalers who receive flowers from all over the world including Ecuador, Japan, The Netherlands and more!
How many designers are on the Floret Team?
We have the most incredible freelance designers on our team, who each have been in the floral industry for years! The amount of designers we bring on is based on the size and scale of your wedding. It can range from 3 - 10 designers per wedding
If available we often like to donate our flowers to local nursing homes, non profits, and other businesses around town.
Please make sure you discuss the plans for these flowers prior to your wedding day.
Do you preserve bridal bouquets?
We do not - but we know an amazing lady in town who does! Her name is Megan and her business is Pressed in Time Sun Valley
Can I get Peonies in the fall?
We all love peonies! But unfortunately, they have a short growing season in the spring months of May - early July. In some cases we can potentially order then in from Alaska in late summer, and then from Holland in the winter…but they are costly.
How does your deposit system work?
We require a 30%, non-refundable retainer that is applied to your final total to hold your date.
Do you take Credit Cards?
We prefer check or bank transfer via Quickbooks, but we can accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee.
